Executive Vice President – AIG Baker Development, L.L.C.
Until recently, Mr. Carlson has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since its founding. His responsibilities now include development as the Executive Vice President of AIG Baker Development, L.L.C. He served in various positions with Polar-BEK & Baker since it was founded in 1989. Mr. Carlson also founded a CPA practice that specialized in services to the real estate industry, after beginning his career as a controller for Ballard Realty Company. His 26 years of real estate experience include the development of residential, commercial and office properties. For the last ten years he has specialized in retail development, finance and management.
