President, AIG Baker Real Estate L.L.C.
In August 1990, Mr. Wingo joined the firm and has since been promoted to President of the company’s subsidiary, AIG Baker Real Estate, L.L.C. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Construction. Mr. Wingo has been responsible for over five million square feet of retail space construction. Under his direction, the company added an in-house architectural and civil engineering division. Prior to joining AIG Baker, Mr. Wingo was a homebuilder and professional athlete.
