Fallschase, Tallahassee’s most anticipated master planned community and AIG Baker’s newest mixed-use development is located in the affluent northeastern section of Tallahassee. Mixed Use Fallschase will be the premier mixed-use development in northeastern Tallahassee. The development will include retail, office, and residential uses with approximately 1,500 single family, town home, and condo residences planned in a signature traditional neighborhood development (TND). Wal-Mart, Costco and Sportsman’s Warehouse will be open in Spring 2008, and residential ground breaking is scheduled for Fall 2008.
