Executive Vice President
Mr. Moss has served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of AIG Baker since its formation in 1993. He also held the position of in-house legal counsel for Polar-BEK & Baker for two years. Mr. Moss was a principal in Beisel-Moss, Inc., an open-air shopping center development company; his responsibilities included site evaluations, anchor tenant negotiations, construction, and permanent financing. Upon his admission to the Bar in 1973, he joined the Montgomery, Alabama law firm of Hill, Hill, Carter, Franco & Cole, where he practiced for eleven years. During this time he concentrated on real estate and corporate matters, and represented retail developers and lending institutions. His experience as a private practitioner, developer, and corporate counsel has afforded him experience in all facets of commercial real estate development.
